- Firstly make a semi stiff dough.And let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile make filling.Take a bowl add cabbage,onion and salt and mix well.And squeeze the water from the cabbage.Don't dry it all.Now add other spices and mix well.
- Now we will make small round thin chapatis from small size balls.And put one spoon of filling in it and give a momos shape.Like this make all momos.
- Now we will half fry them in a hot oil at medium flame till little light golden colour.
- Now for marination,take a bowl add all the ingredients given above for marination.And now add all the momos in this batter.
- During this time,for smoky flavour,take a small bowl and place it in centre of the marinated momos and now put a heated charcoal in a bowl and pour ghee on it and quickly cover with the lid.Smoky flavour will get absorb in the momos.And let it rest for half an hour.
