    After mixing it...take a pan and heat oil on low flame...
    Pour heated oil over lehsun and bajra mixture and cover it for two minutes.....Lehsun is ready to serve..
  2. Take 3 brinjals and fully roast them on medium flame...after roasting,peel off the skin and add brinjals to yougurt...mix it well...add salt for taste...Baingan ka bhurta is ready...

    Lehsun can be served with Bhurta Or plain yougurt too...
