  1. Firstly take a bowl pour some maida,salt and 2 tablespoon oil to it,now knead this flour with water to make dough.now keep this dough in side for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile we prepare our onion stuffing. For stuffing take a utensil heat up oil add cummin seeds,crackle this add finely chopped onion cook it for 5 minutes on high flame untill it's colour changes to light pink then add graded ginger, asafoetide, fennel seeds,salt,garam masala,coriander powder, turmeric powder,raw mango powder,cummin powder and chilli powder mix it well now add mashed boil potato and green leaves coriander to it.mix all the ingredients properly.Onion stuffing is ready.
  3. Now take a small ball from the dough and flattened it fill the onion stuffing and slowly pack from the sides and again flattened it
  4. Now take a wok heat up oil and deep fry this kachori on low flame until it's colour changes to golden brown
