- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- To taste salt
- To taste red chilli powder
- As required Whole wheat atta as required to make dough
- as needed Desi ghee
Instructions to make to make Panipuri Parantha
- Knead a soft dough using whole wheat atta or use pre kneaded dough to make parathas ; boil & mash the potatoes, chop onion, ginger & chop mint leaves
- For the filling: In a big bowl add onion ginger mint leaves dry masalas lemon juice & mashed potatoes. Mix them well
- Add instant or ready made panipuri masala.... mix it with potato mixter.
- Grab the kneaded dough make a small ball (pedi) from it & flattend it in round shape using some dry atta with a rolling pin. Stuff some mixture in it.
- Again shape it like ball covering with the sides & flattened it with rolling pin. Heat a tawa & cook the paratha by applying desi ghee on both sides
- When cooked take it out sprinkle some panipuri masala on top & serve hot with curd,pickle, or even with punjabi chole. Enjoy!!!
