- TO MAKE METHI THEPLA :- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead to a soft dough using enough water.
- TO MAKE BESAN CHILLA:- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and make the batter approx. Using 1/3 cup of water.
- TO MAKE MASALA STUFFING:- Heat the oil in kadai add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add mashed potato, onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Add coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix well. Switch off the flame.
- Allow to cool.
