  3. Firstly take a large bowl and add wheat flour,salt, oil and water as required and mix it well. knead a soft dough.
  4. Now pinch a medium size ball dough roll and some dust wheat flour.
  5. Now add prepare gobhi stuffing and take a edge and start pleating bringing to center.and rolling it with some dust wheat flour.
  6. Now heat on a tawa cook for a minute.flip over and ghee or oil and cook for golden brown.
  7. Serve hot With pickle or Curd.
