Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Veg Momos:

  1. For Chutney:-
  2. 1 tbsp roasted white sesame
  3. 1 dried red chilli
  4. 1 big tomato chopped
  5. 1 small piece of ginger chopped
  6. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  7. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. For Stuffing:-
  10. 3/4 cup finely chopped Cabbage
  11. 1 Capsicum finely chopped
  12. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  13. 1 tsp ginger,garlic, chilli paste
  14. As per taste Salt
  15. 1/2 tsp vinegar
  16. 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
  17. For Dough:-
  18. 1/2 cup Maida
  19. as per taste Salt
  20. 2 tsp oil
  21. 1 tsp oil

Instructions to make to make Veg Momos

  1. Heat a pan & roast sesame take out in mixer jar now add oil and saute tomato, ginger & garlic for 2-minutes cool and add in mixer jar, add salt, lemon juice & red chilli and grind into smooth puree.
  2. For stuffing first squeeze Cabbage to remove water, now mix squeezed cabbage, carrot, capsicum, ginger, garlic, chilli paste, salt, soya sauce and vinegar in a bowl & keep aside. Take maida add salt and knead a dough with water add oil and knead a dough to make it softcover with cloth keep it for 15-minutes rest.
  3. Roll small poori and fill the stuffing and prepare momos and steam them for 10- minutes on high flame and 10- minutes on low flame.
  4. Serve ready Healthy, Tasty Veg Momos with Spicy Chutney.
