- Boiled n mashed potatoes n finely chopped onion..
- Take a large bowl n add mashed potatoes n onions in it n add salt, lemon juice n all above spices in it except coriander leaves..
- Mixed well n add coriander leaves n make small lemon size ball..
- Take an another Bowl n add flour n salt n oil n make Paratha dough.
- Take a small portion of dough n roll it like Puri n put stuffing ball on it n cover it.
- Roll it again n roasted it with ghee,oil or butter as you like both the sides on heated Tawa.
- Hot n yummy Parathas are ready to serve...
