Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Egg roll:

  1. For dough
  2. 200 g maida
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 1+ 1 tbsp oil
  5. as required Water for kneading
  6. For filling
  7. 1 bowl vegetables(cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum)
  8. as per taste Salt to taste
  9. 2 tsp tomato sauce
  10. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  11. 1/2 tsp soya sauce(mix all the sauces)
  12. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  13. 1/2 tsp chicken masala
  14. 2 finely chopped fresh green chillies
  15. 1 tbsp oil
  16. For egg mixture
  17. 3 eggs
  18. to taste Salt
  19. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  20. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  21. 1/2 tsp chicken masala
  22. For assembling
  23. 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  24. Handful raw onion slices
  25. as required Oil for brushing rotis
  26. as required Oil for roasting

Instructions to make to make Egg roll

  1. In a mixing bowl, put maida and salt. Mix. Next add oil and give moyen for crispiness. Next add water gradually and knead a soft dough. Rest it for 10 minutes. After resting, knead again and divide it into small equal portions.
    Take one portion, roll it thin.
  2. Brush oil. Give random slits. Join all together.
  3. Circle it to make a round portion which will give you layers. Roll in that, into a roti.
    Heat tawa, cook one side of each roti.
  4. Stack all one side cooked rotis.
  5. Next make the filling. Heat oil add onion and saute. Next add other vegetables green chillies and cook well. Add salt. Put sauce mixture, black pepper, Chicken masala. Mix all well.
  6. Filling is ready. Keep aside.
  7. Next make the egg mixture. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and chicken masala. Whip mix.
    Next heat a tawa. Put oil. Pour egg mixture and upon that put the cooked side of roti.
  8. Let the egg get cooked. Flip brush oil and cook the other side too.
    Now assemble. On a plate put the egg roti. Put pizza sauce and spread nicely. Next put the vegetable filling. Upon that put raw onion.
  9. Make a roll. Wrap with butter paper and serve...
    It's yummy...
