- Knead the dough with curd and make 8 equal balls of it. Roll the dough with the help of maize flour
- Mix the ingredients of mayo.Give the shape as shown. Roll it again. Put 1tsp of mayo mixture in centre.
- Heat butter in apan. Add garlic,saute till pink. Add tomatoes,spices followed by onion,paneer and capsicum.
- Toss nicely. Now put this mixture on top of mayo dip (with 1 tsp of cheese optional)
- Seal the edges tightly. Bake at 180°c fr 45 mins. Even kadai can be used fr same. Temperature may vary.
