  2. In a big plate, take wheat flour, salt and 1/2 tsp of oil. Mix well and make soft dough by adding required amount of water. Grease the dough with 1/2 tsp of oil and keep aside for 5 mins.
  3. Now take a lemon size portion from the dough and make ball of it. With the help of the rolling pin, roll thick roti out of it. Now take about 1 tbsp of the prepared masala sev mixture and keep in the centre of the roti and properly seal from all sides and again gently make ball from it. Make sure stuffing doesn't comes out. Again with the help of the rolling pin, gently roll thick roti.
  4. Roast the prepared paratha with oil or ghee or butter on hot tawa on medium to low flame from both sides.
  5. Serve hot spicy tangy Masala Sev Paratha with curd, raita, pickle or only paratha.
  6. For Sev Paratha you can take any sev, but if you are using simple sev then add red chilli powder while making sev mixture for stuffing.
