- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Steps to make to make Kachori
- For dough: In a bowl add maida and salt. Mix well. Knead with water. Lastly add oil.
- Knead well and keep aside for 35 minutes. Then make small balls and leave for another 15 minutes.
- For filling: Boil daal with green chillies and crushed red pepper. Add in star anise and cinnamon sticks.
- Now add cumin seeds, salt and coriander seeds. Boiled till daal tender.
- Drain the excess water. Blend the daal mixture in a blender to make a smooth paste. Filling is ready.
- How to make kachori : first put oil in your palm than put small ball in your palm and flatten with your palm. Put filling in center and close the edges.
- Again make balls. Flatten with your palm and make a small disc size puri.
- Deep fry the kachori and serve with aloo ki takari.
- For aloo ki takari: In a wok heat oil,add in cumin seeds, green chilli and coriander powder.
- Now add turmeric powder and crushed red pepper. Mix well.
- Add in little water. Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Add 1 cup water in it.
- Mix well. Add salt. Add pickle and mix well.
- Aloo ki takari is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with kachori.
