- 2 cups Grated cabbage
- 2 inch grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Maggie masala

- For marination
- 1/4 cup Besan
- 1/4 cup dahi
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 1 tsp Redchilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 packet Maggie masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make to make Street Style Tandoori Momos
- Add maida and salt in a bowl and make a soft dough, then keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
- Now squeeze out the water from the cabbage and put it in a bowl. You can use vegetables of your own choice.
Now add grated ginger, salt, black pepper and Maggie masala, mix it well. - Make small portions out of the dough and roll it in to sheet, add appropriate amount of filling and give the shape of momo.
- With this dough I made 25 momos, now fry them and keep aside.
- In a bowl add marination ingredients and mix. Now add fried momos in the marination and give them a nice coating. Leave it for 15mins
- We have 2 options to cook them in direct flame or in a pan. Heat the pan then add momos add pour 1tbsp oil. Don’t let them sit in pan for long.
- Sew momos in a sewer and cook them in direct flame until they get black spots.
- Before serving sprinkle chat masala and drops of Lemon juice.
- In a serving plate add green chutney, place some onions and momos. For more garnish add chopped onions.
