All-time favourite samosa, is a very popular in Indian cuisine, in a restaurant, as street food, or at our home. Can enjoy with tea coffee, chutney or ketchup. Samosa has got a place in a kitty party, get together party, even in any Indian functions.

Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Aloo Matar Samosa:

  1. 1 big bowl maida
  2. 6-8 medium size boiled Potatoes
  3. 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  4. 2 tbsp hot oil to add in dough
  5. 1/2 lemon juice
  6. 1 tsp ajwain
  7. 1 tsp jeera
  8. 3 tsp ginger chilly paste
  9. 2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tsp aamchur powder
  12. 1 tsp sugar
  13. 1/2 tsp hing
  14. 2 tsp oil
  15. Some chopped coriander
  16. as per taste Salt
  17. As required Luke warm water
  18. As required Oil for deep fry

Instructions to make to make Aloo Matar Samosa

  1. Boil potatoes and green peas.. Keep aside boiled green peas on a clean cloth to absorb excess water. Potatoes cools completely, peel off, and mashed it evenly..
  2. Take a bowl, add maida, add salt, hot oil, ajwain and lemon juice to make samosa crispy, make a semi hard dough with lukewarm water as required.. Cover with a lid, keep aside for at least 15 minutes to rest it.
  3. Take a pan add 2 tsp oil, turn on gas on a medium flame, add jeera, hing, ginger chilly paste, mashed potatoes and green peas. Mix well, now add salt, turmeric powder, aamchur powder, sugar, garam masala and chopped coriander, saute it for 1 minute, mix well, turn off gas, keep aside to cool completely..
  4. Now make equal size of dough balls, take a ball, make a medium size chapati, cut in half, make a cone, apply little water to bind it, add potatoes and green peas mixture in it, press gently, close it by applying water, give a shape of triangle shape to samosa, make all samosa like that.
  5. Take a frying pan, add oil to deep fry, turn on medium flame gas, when oil heat up, turn into slow flame, put samosa in batches to fry golden yellow colour to make crispy.. Fry all samosas in same manner..
  6. Hot, crispy, yummy and drooling samosas are ready to serve.. Serve hot with tea, coffee, chutney or ketchup, as per your taste buds..
