- 2 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Ajwain
- stuffing
- 2 cups Methi leaves washed & chopped...
- 5 Potatoes boiled
- 1 cup Black Gram roasted & soaked
- as per taste Salt Red chilli Black pepper
- as required Coriander chopped
- 1 Onion medium chopped
- as required Butter
- as required Garlic pickle
- as required Oil

- Take wheat flour and add salt garam masala red chilli powder and ajwain. Now add Methi leaves.
- Now knead the dough and cover it with lid and keep it for rest for about 10 minutes.
- Now take roasted and soaked black gram and grind it in a mixer jar to a course Material and take out this in a bowl and add grated boiled potato
- Now add chopped onion coriander, salt, red chilli powder and black pepper so the stuffing is ready.
- Take a small portion of dough.wide it and in center keep 2 tsp stuffing, close the dough ball and rolled it out.
