- 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp Hing -
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- as required Oil for frying

- Grind moong dal into a coarse powder.
- Mix salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,hing,black pepper and dry mango powder into moong dal.Keep aside.
- Mix 1 tb..spoon. all-purpose flour and 2 tb.spoon. water to make a paste.(slurry)
- Mix all-purpose flour, salt and oil (1/4 th.cup).Mix it very well by rubbing with your palms.Now add water to make a dough.(puri like)Let it rest for 5 min.
- Again knead the for a minute, divide the dough into 2 parts.Take one part and roll like a big chapati.(Not very thin)Cut roundals with the help of a cookie cutter or a lid.
- Roll on all the roundals like a small chapati.
- Take one small chapati,place the dal mixture in the center,spread slurry on the edges of the chapati, join half of the chapati first and then rest of the chapati to the joined portion.(see in the pic.)
- Make all the samosas like it.
- Heat oil in a karahi,fry samosas in batches.(First in medium hot oil,flip over and then get on a low heat)
