  1. First of all take warm water In a small bowl,add sugar and mix it together until sugar dissolves.
  2. Once the sugar is dissolved then check water temp it should be lukewarm then add instant yeast and mix it together and keep it aside for 10 minutes.It will be frothy after 10 minutes.
  3. Now take maida in a big bowl,add chopped garlic,salt and mix everything well,now add yeast water and make a soft dough.Apply oil to the dough.Cover it with samp cloth and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  4. Meanwhile heat up a pan,add grated garlic,butter, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,kasoori methi,garlic sauce,chilli flakes some salt and mix it well.Now add paneer cubes,mix it and cook for about few 1 minute.
  5. After one hour the dough will be double in size.Take it out and knead it well.Cut it into four portions..Take a rolling board and roll the dough.
  6. Now make triangle shape of the rolled dough.Apply garlic sauce at the centre, put some paneer cubes,sprinkle some cheese.
  7. Bring the corners together and seal them.Keep this parcels on a baking tray apply some melted butter on each parcel,sprinkle chilli flakes,mix herbs and bake them in an induction oven for about 20-25 minutes.
  8. After 25 mins the parcels will be ready.Take them out,apply some melted butter cover with samp cloth and keep it aside for 1 minute.
  9. Veg Zingy Parcels are ready.Serve them hot.
